Agreement
These terms govern your use of BestOption at bestoption.net (the “Service”), operated for options research. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
BestOption screens US listed options, including sell-put ideas, single legs, spreads, and related market context. Quotes can be delayed. Features, coverage, and prices may change. Paid plans, when offered, are described on the pricing page.
Investment Advice Disclaimer
Not financial or investment advice. The service is for informational and educational purposes only.
BestOption is a research and screening tool. It is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or commodity trading adviser. Nothing on the Service is Investment Advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or options contract. Scores, probabilities, max pain, and alerts are model outputs against the data we receive. They can be wrong, late, or incomplete. Options can expire worthless and short options can lose more than the premium collected. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Check earnings dates, margin, and a live quote with your broker before you send an order.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@bestoption.net if you believe the account is being used without your permission. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, abuses the Service, or creates risk for other users.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the Service in a way that degrades it, resell access, probe other accounts, or use the Service to violate market rules or the law. Do not upload malware or attempt to bypass access limits.
Data and availability
Market data comes from third parties. We do not guarantee that any figure is accurate, complete, or timely, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BestOption and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid plan is limited to the fees you paid for that plan in the three months before the claim.
